I did a spinning class at the gym on saturday and I am still hurting a little bit... I would say a folded up heating pad or a tube sock with some rice in the microwave... heat is always best when it comes to muscle aches... but dont burn your self... also a hot bath is soothing.
Ice wont help... it will just make you really cold..
